From breakfast to dinner, Racoon makes everything by hand. Especially the homemade bread, whipped butter, soba (only in autumn), and sausage are quite heavenly! The full-course dinner is served with an appetizer, salad, soup, fish and meat main dishes, and dessert. Racoon changes its menu every year to surprise its regular guests.
Admiring the stars from your bed
Each room has a skylight to admire the stars from your bed. In the forest away from a big city, the sky is crystal clear and filled with stars.
70 species of roses
In the garden, many species of roses bloom from June to September. Roses in the highland have incredible fragrances and colors!

Since tasting many different kinds of food is our hobby, we try to combine our experience to create new menu each year. Freshly baked bread for dinner with whipped butter is our recent popular item! We also try to serve two different desserts for each guest.
