Fujimi has many stunning sceneries with Mt. Fuji, but three spots listed on the official 100 most beautiful views of Mt. Fuji in the Kanto region offer especially spectacular views. One of the three spots is in Sozo-no-Mori Forest.
From Sozo-no-Mori Forest, you can see Mt. Fuji as well as the breathtaking panoramas of the Southern Alps, Northern Alps, and Suwa lake. This is a truly rare spot to marble at the top three highest mountains in Japan all at once.

Tatsuzawa rice field area

This vast paddy fields sprawl across the foot of Yatsugatake, creating an exceptionally pristine landscape. Mt. Fuji graces the horizon appearing larger than any other places in Fujimi, alluring many people to stop their car to capture the awe-inspiring scenery.

Majestic Yatsugatake ranges soar above the rice fields on the eastside.
The Yatsugatake Mountains are ablaze with entirely different colors in each season, revealing new scenery every time we visit.
On the westside, you can see the Southern Alps and Mt. Nyukasa with the heart-shaped ski slopes of Fujimi Panorama Resort.
Kuzukubo Chuo-do tunnel

Fujimi Kogen Hana-no-Sato Flower Garden
Many photographers to visit here to capture one million blooming zinnia flowers stretching over slopes at an elevation of 1,300m with the incredible view of the Southern Alps.
Zinnias in summer, coneflowers and silver cock's comb in autumn bloom on the rolling field. Check Fujimi Kogen Resort's website for the blooming season.
At night, lights illuminate the flowers carpeting the highland field under a star-studded sky. Many photographers come here at night to capture different sceneries from during the day.
Idojiri Historical Park
From May to September, many photographers visit Idojiri Historical Park to capture the photos of water lilies, irises, and lotuses blooming in the park’s water garden.
