How to register for a tour

    Choose from two kinds of
    guided walking tours.
    Event tours
    A rich selection of package tours! Choose the one with a date. You will be joining a tour with a prefixed date along with other guests.
    Personalized tours
    Pick the date and time! Select the content of your tour from our tour list. You can choose any tour including the event tours (except the mountain climbing tours).

    * Register 3 days before the tour at the latest (on a first-come, first-served basis).
    * If canceled on the day of the tour, you have to pay 100% of the participation fee.

    Receive the documents via mail

    We will send the documents within ten days to confirm your registration. Please check the time and place to meet! Travel safe to Fujimi-machi where your omotenashi guide awaits!

Stroll Shingen-no-Bomichi and Hachimaki trails surrounded by the golden larch trees in autumn. This tour takes you to Yodobashi Camera Sports Center filled with red leaves, and camping site carpeted with yellow ginkgo leaves.

Walking the 300 years old "Koshu Kaido" road

A tour of the historic road with a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji, Yatsugatake Mountains, and Minami Alps. Along the way, you will see Shukuba (historic post town), Ichirizuka (distance maker), Japan's supposedly oldest park, ancient battlefield, and Batou Kannon (guardian deity of horses) as a requiescat for horses.

Walking the 300 years old post town Tsutaki Juku

Tsutaki Juku was a lively town in the Edo Period (1603-1869) where travelers could rest during their journey across the country. When traveling from Edo (the historic name for Tokyo), Tsutaki Juku was Koshu Kaido’s 43rd post town and the first post town in Shinshu (the historic name for Nagano). The traditional houses with latticework and wooden signboards of shop and inn that welcomed many travelers back in the day create a nostalgic atmosphere.

Admire the ancient weeping cherry trees blooming in villages once flourished as Jomon kingdom. You can see five weeping cherry trees that are over 200 years old in the four and a half hours walk through the villages.

This tour will show how Fujimi town was loved by many literary and historical figures. We will visit a beautiful forest which was once a summer cottage of a politician and poet, museum of Fujimi literature, park with monuments honoring Araragi poets, and incredible garden of Prime Minister of Japan who was famously assassinated in 1932.
