Tsukushi's soba is made from organic buckwheat flour grown without tillage, fertilizer, pesticides, or weeding (known as natural farming). This is why Tsukushi's soba has such a delectable flavor. Many people praise their soba for having an unusually firm and wonderful texture for juwari soba.

Our buckwheat grains, other ingredients, soba making process—everything about our soba is filled with passion.
