Every day, Isogoro prepares about 30 dishes of fish served raw, grilled, simmered, fried, or pickled. They cook each meal after receiving an order, hoping to serve the very best seafood. This is a perfect restaurant if you can take your time dining and drinking sake.
Freshly made Shinshu soba
The other popular menu at Isogoro is handmade soba. They grow buckwheat in their garden and mill flour in the restaurant to serve delicious and fresh soba. At Isogoro, you can enjoy excellent seafood with soba to finish up your meal—an ideal way to savor Japanese cuisine.
A very filling sashimi rice bowl
Isogoro serves a generous portion on their sashimi rice bowl as well. Savoring fresh and delectable tuna, sea urchin, shellfishes, etc. makes you forget that you are on the mountainside. Highly recommended.

We started this restaurant, hoping to serve delicious seafood at a reasonable price by Yatsugatake Mountains. Thanks to everyone, it has been over 20 years since we opened Isogoro. Please come to our restaurant with a family-like atmosphere and friendly staffs.
