Les Quatre Saisons is committed to using local ingredients made in Japan. Most of the ingredients used at Les Quatre Saisons are made in Japan, while using ingredients locally grown in Nagano as much as possible. They purchase eggs and milk from local farmers of Fujimi. Taste the freshness!
Seasonal fruits tarts and pies
Every month, they make different tarts and pies using seasonal fruits. The strawberry custard tart made with eggs from the local agricultural college and milk from Fujimi farmers is a must-have.
