At the top of Mt. Nyukasa with the elevation of 1,955m, you can enjoy the stunning panoramas of Yatsugatake, Okuchichibu Mountain, Mt. Fuji, Mt. Kaikoma and Senjou Dake Mountain of the Southern Alps, Mt. Utsugi and Mt. Kisokoma of the Central and Northern Alps.

Oahara Marsh

This is a geologically important marsh located at the southernmost tip of the high moor distribution map. Oahara Marsh has approached the elderly phase of a marsh, dry with accumulated moss peat. This is also indicated by the growing number of Siebold's crabapples, white birch trees, and carnivorous plants caused by the lack of soil nutrition.
